We invite you for a day of collaboration, education, and resource sharing at the Immigrant Children and Families Convening of Newark. Hosted by the Consortium and co-sponsored by organizations across Newark, this event aims to bring together local stakeholders, educators, and community workers for a vital discussion on supporting immigrant children and families in Newark and the larger community. 3rd Annual Immigrant Children & Youth Walk

NJCIC's Immigrant Children and Youth Walk is for and with young people and the communities that support them. We believe that children's and young people's voices must be at the forefront of our advocacy for immigrant youth. We're excited to hold this walk in its third year, bringing together children, teens, young people, and allies interested in raising awareness about immigrant children's rights and making NJ a state where immigrants are genuinely welcome.

Registration, medals, and t-shirt distribution will occur from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Our walk will begin promptly at 10:00 a.m.

Children 12 and under enjoy free admission and will also receive a participatory medal. Be sure to RSVP for all attendees to ensure their medals and/or t-shirts are secured. Additionally, please be advised that t-shirt sizes are only guaranteed if purchased within the specified timeframe.
