Bill A3837/ S2459 would require that all state government agencies that provide direct services facilitate translation and interpretation in the top 15 spoken languages by Limited English Proficient New Jerseyans.

Lack of Language Access impacts immigrant families across the state by preventing access to timely, accurate information, and existing services.
