Join the New Jersey Consortium for Immigrant Children (NJCIC) and &CO Grove for a special post-inauguration community healing and art therapy workshop benefiting NJCIC's mission to empower New Jersey's young immigrants.🎨🧶🖌️
This collaboration will be co-facilitated by Athena Flora Toledo, art therapist + educator, and Kiki Buccini, community manager @ &CO + collage artist, and will feature two fun and therapeutic craft activities:
🏮Creating Paper Lanterns🏮to bring out the light and guide us towards a better future.
🍽️Mixed Media Plate Decorating🍽️ to explore what's on our plate, meditate on the meaning of breaking bread, and put together a table where everyone has a seat at the table.
Please note that all three ticket tiers offer the same benefits and ensure participation across giving capacities. We encourage you to choose whatever admission price makes the most sense for you!
If it's $12 (you're a Crochet Crusader), if it's $22 (you're an Origami Optimist), and for $10 more, you can be one of our Paper Mâché Philanthropists!
Light refreshments and beverages will be available, and the ticket price includes them (along with the cost of supplies). All remaining proceeds will benefit NJCIC's legal services, policy advocacy, and community-building programs. We hope to see you, and if you can't make it, please consider making a small donation to show solidarity.
Thank you for being part of our community!
